Q: Where do I check in?
A: Check in will be at Baldwin Village Inn B&B located at 9 Baldwin St.

Q: What are check-in and check-out times?
Check In time is between 3pm to 8pm unless otherwise arranged. Check out time is 10am.

Q: Is breakfast included?
 Yes. Breakfast is served from 7:30 am to 9:30 am.

Q: How do I reserve?
A: Reservations can be made either by email or by phone. Please see our reservations page or call us at 416-591-5359.

Q: How much is the price of a room?
A: All rooms are priced individually. Please see the specific room for exact costs. Prices listed are base rate for one person.

Q: How much is tax?
A:  HST or Harmonized Sales Tax is currently 13%. The City of Toronto has proposed a Municipal Accommodation Tax (“MAT”) of 4% which will result in a total tax of 17%. The implementation of MAT has been postponed to later in 2019.

Q: How can I pay?
A: Payment can be made by Debit Card, MasterCard or Visa credit cards. To make a reservation, a credit card is required.

Q: Additional guests?
A: For each additional guest a charge of $15 + tax is applicable.

Q: What is the cancellation policy?
A: 4 days or more from check in date: A cancellation fee of $50 per room per week will apply. 3 days or less from check-in date: No cancellation permitted. The full amount plus taxes will be charged.

Q: What types of amenities are in the room?
A: All rooms have a queen sized bed, writing desk, and drawer. We provide fresh beddings and towels.

Q: Is there WiFi available?
A: Yes. Free WIFI is available.

Q: Telephone.
A: Yes. Telephones are available to make local calls. To make long-distance calls within North America, please contact us for details.

Q: Is it shared washrooms?
A: Yes. There are 3 shared modern washrooms supplied with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hair dryer. We have 3 washrooms for 6 bedrooms. Waits are minimal because everyone has different schedules.

Q: Can I store my luggage upon check-out if I have a later flight?
A: Yes, you are welcome to leave your luggage for the day if you have a late flight or train. We can help direct you where to put your bags. You will have access to the premises for the full day of your check out.

Q: Is there air conditioning?
A: There is central air conditioning that is adjusted depending on the weather. Fans are provided in each room for additional circulation.

Q: Are you ADA accessible?
A: Although we are not completely ADA accessible, there are rooms available on the ground floor. One step up is needed to get into the house and one step down is needed to get to the washrooms. Please contact us for more information.

Q: Laundry facility?
A: There are laundromats on Augusta Ave in Kensington Market.

Q: Do you have roll-away beds?
A: Yes, we have a cot and air mattress if an extra bed is needed in the room. Please contact us for more information.

Q: Smoking policy?
A: There is strictly no smoking inside the building.

Q: Can I bring my pet?
A: No, unfortunately we do not allow pets.

A: Please refer to our Maps and Transportation tab.

Q: Minimum Stay
A: We require a minimum of 2 nights stay. (There may be instances when we are able to accommodate 1 night stays. Contact us.)
