Guest Rooms and Rates

We offer 6 guest rooms on the first or the second floor of the Inn. The room interiors are bright, warm and inviting and furnished in the contemporary style.

The guest rooms feature luxurious queen-sized high beds, with white duvets and linens. There is ample storage space and full length mirrors in each room. All the rooms are equipped with writing tables and chairs. All of the second floor guest rooms also have sitting/reading areas.

We have three modern shared washrooms.

Common amenities include a comfortable second floor lounge with a library of videos and books, satellite TV in the common rooms, an executive desk equipped with a personal computer, and a rustic-modern dining room.

The Inn is kept cozy warm in the winter and air conditioned in the summer. The Inn is equipped with a central water purifier and softener system, as well as a central air cleaner and hepa-filter system for your health and comfort.

Free e-mail access is included with your stay. High speed wireless internet service is also available.

The daily rates of the guest rooms are as follows:
• Suite 1: $95.00 Cdn, first floor, bay windows facing Baldwin Street
• Suite 2: $85.00 Cdn, first floor, window facing courtyard
• Suite 3: $90.00 Cdn, first floor, window facing south (and garden)
• Suite 4: $105.00 Cdn, second floor, windows facing street scene
• Suite 5: $105.00 Cdn, second floor, windows facing courtyard &
south (CN Tower view)
• Suite 6 $105.00 Cdn, second floor, windows facing south
(CN Tower view plus garden)

Above daily rates are based on single and double occupancy. There is a maximum of 2 persons per room (with some exception). Effective October 2008, an additional $10 charge will apply to the second occupant.

Continental breakfast is included in the above rates.

Local taxes will be added (5% GST and 5% PST).
