We are pleased to introduce ourcontemporary
second location at 41 Sullivan Street, 4 blocks south
of Baldwin Village Inn, catering to extended stay
guests. Suitable for long term stays, each suite is
equipped with an ensuite bathroom.
Sullivan by the Grange is situated in the middle of
downtown Toronto on a quiet street
lined with mature trees in the midst of Victorian
Homes. The street is immediately adjacent Grange
Park and the Art Gallery of Ontario and is a short
walk to shopping at Queen West, one of Toronto’s
“hip” zones with trendy cafes and unique fashion
designers and retailers.
One of the best kept secrets in Toronto,
Sullivan Street is within an easy 10 minute
walk to the University of Toronto, Fields Institute,
Mt. Sinai, Hospital for Sick Children, Toronto General,
Toronto Western and Princess Margaret Hospitals.
Built in the late 1800 to early 1900 in the rare
Dutch style, the house interiors were extensively
renovated into 3 floors of over 2000 square feet of
space in the modern contemporary style, featuring
high ceilings, maple wood floors, natural slate tiles,
and oversized windows allowing for plenty of
natural light throughout.
